Job Description:

Havel is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Indianapolis office to support customers, field personnel, operations, and managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt of parts for the service division

• Prepare and management daily shipment, logistics and call trucking companies for pickups.

• Negotiate shipping prices with trucking companies.

• Manage all returns and call vendors along with negotiating return cost and restocking fees.

• Oversee fleet management including tracking maintenance and coordinate with main office.

• Handle all UPS and Fed Ex delivery and shipping

• Order stock, manage inventory, reconcile tools, track tool repairs, and check out tools

• Provide customer service for all HVAC Service OTC

• Reconcile monthly credit card

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience

• Knowledge of HVAC parts and tools is a plus

• Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills

• Have the ability to handle a variety of situations and identify priorities.
